RETURNS
We ask that you review all product details, sizing information, and your order carefully before purchasing.
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery and are only accepted in cases where an item arrives defective, damaged, or different from what was ordered.
Returns based on personal preference, incorrect size selection, change of mind, or expectations regarding fit, colour, feel, or appearance are not accepted.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Where a return has been approved, the item must be:
• Unworn and unused
• Unwashed
• In its original condition
• Free from marks, odors, damage, wear, or alterations
• Returned with all original tags and packaging included
WRNSWEATS reserves the right to decline any return that does not meet these conditions.
HOW TO START A RETURN
Contact WRNSWEATS within 14 days of delivery and include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the item and the issue
Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
RETURN SHIPPING
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for any authorized return. WRNSWEATS is not responsible for return packages lost in transit when a customer uses their own shipping method.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
REFUNDS
Once an authorized return has been received and inspected, WRNSWEATS will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
If a replacement is appropriate and available, WRNSWEATS may offer a replacement instead.
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact WRNSWEATS within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once reviewed and approved, WRNSWEATS will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
EXCHANGES
WRNSWEATS does not currently offer direct exchanges.
Orders cannot be exchanged due to incorrect size selection, personal preference, or change of mind.
Please review the applicable size guide and product measurements carefully before placing your order.

• Incorrect size selected by the customer
• Change of mind or personal preference
• An item not fitting or appearing as expected
• Used or worn items
• Washed items
• Items with stains, odors, damage, or alterations
• Items missing original tags or packaging
• Unauthorized returns
• Return requests submitted outside the 14-day period
• Orders where purchase information cannot be verified
